Customers

Every customer has a single unified record: their online and counter purchases, their addresses, their credit and their reviews.

Viewing customers#

1. Go to Customers → All customers.
2. You can search by name, email or phone.
3. Click a customer to open their record:
   • Personal details and addresses
   • Order history
   • Store credit balance
   • Reviews they've written

Customer credit#

• Each customer can build up a credit balance in the store.
• Credit is generated automatically when a return is approved (if configured that way).
• The customer can use it as a payment method on their next purchase, both online and at the counter.

Customers in the POS#

When making a sale in the POS you can link it to an existing customer (looking them up by name or phone) or create a new one on the spot. That way counter purchases also land in their record.
